'RULE OF SIX'
Just as it looked like things were starting to get back on track, we have another hurdle to get over. With regards to the Prime Ministers announcement - From Monday 14th September we can now only hire to Gatherings of 6 people for the unforeseeable future.
We have been operating under strict guidelines to help keep everyone safe, this is now being updated with the following;
We are calling this service
'STAY AT HOME GARDEN PARTIES'
1) From 1st July we resumed deliveries for all our Bouncy Castles, Inflatables & Games (Excluding Softplay & Ballpits) - As always all equipment will be cleaned & sanitised before use on delivery & on collection.
2) Team Members will use face masks & sanitised gloves for deliveries & collections.
3) We will only hire to secure back gardens of houses and only groups of up to 6 people are permitted to be in the garden or use the equipment during the hire.
4) All Adults & Children must stay indoors while we set up and collect our equipment. Unfortunately we have to politely decline any cups of tea / coffee.
5) Our equipment will be professionally and carefully cleaned and sanitised before, during setup & on collection.
6) If anyone at the party has any symptoms of COVID-19 or starts to develop symptoms during the hire then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must immediately be informed of this.
7) On collection, our equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with industrial anti-bacteria and disinfectant. We then leave them in storage for a minimum of 3 days before being hired again and our vehicles and storage units will also be sanitised.
8)Please note that when we arrive at your house, we will knock or ring bell so you know we have arrived. All adults and children must be indoors and likewise on collection.
Since relaunch we always take extra precautions to ensure that we can provide the safest inflatable equipment possible - this includes the usual cleaning and sanitising of the hire product following collection and on delivery.
Delivery/collection times will be arranged beforehand, at a convenient time, and the party must be finished with everyone indoors when we collect.

Please book early to avoid disappointment because demand for our inflatables is currently greater than the team & supply.
